Kaliningrad Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a non-governmental and non-commercial public organization, uniting Russian companies and Russian entrepreneurs on a voluntary basis.

Historical reference:

Kaliningrad Chamber of Commerce and Industry was founded on November 19th, 1990 by the General Meeting of the members of the USSR Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Kaliningrad Region as a non-governmental non-commercial organization. KCCI is registered with the Kaliningrad branch of the Ministry of Justice of the RF and has the status of the public establishment, acting on the basis of its Regulations, Federal law "About Chambers of Commerce and Industry on the territory of the RF" and Russian legislature. KCCI consists of more than 220 members, which are companies, registered on the territory of the Kaliningrad region. Representatives of the KCCI in the field of the verification of certificates of origin operate in two largest cities of region: Chernyakhovsk (since 1995) and Sovetsk (since 2006).

is to afford ground for development of the CCI members and of all companies wishing successful operation in domestic and foreign markets.
